Yochanan Altman is Professor of International HRM and Comparative Management at London Metropolitan University and Visiting Professor of International HRM at the University of Paris (Panthéon-Assas). In addition to his role with JMSR he is also Euroepan Editor of People & Strategy (Human Resource Planning Society, USA) and is member of the editorial boards of thirteen scholarly and professional journals.

Robert A. Giacalone, Professor of Human Resource Management at Temple University Fox School of Business is a recognized expert on behavioral business ethics, exit surveying and interviewing, employee sabotage, impression management, in addition to his acknowledged leadership in the field of workplace spirituality. Former Chair of the Management, Spirituality and Religion interest group of the Academy of Management (AoM) he is lead co-editor of the Handbook of Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Performance.

Currently he is a Professor of Management at Tarleton State University - Central Texas. In addition to his role as co-editor with JMSR he currently serves on the editorial review board of The Leadership Quarterly and is the founder of the International Institute for Spiritual Leadership (http://www.iispiritualleadership.com). His current research, consulting and executive development interests are focused on organizational transformation, performance excellence, and intrinsic motivation through spiritual leadership in public, private and nonprofit organizations.
